The following license applies to the 1.2 version of Solar Mountains. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement.

This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software at least until February 2, 2006. Visit our website (www.SolarMountains.com) in 2004 and 2005 for updates.

You may not alter or modify the Solar Mountains Software and cannot give anyone else permission to modify Software.

The following license applies to the 1.x versions of Solar Mountains. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Your use of this software (witch filled in registrationcode) indicates your acceptance of this registered license agreement.

This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software. Your registrationcode activates all Version 1.x updates without limitations in usage period. Visit our website (www.SolarMountains.com) for updates.

You may not alter or modify the Solar Mountains Software and cannot give anyone else permission to modify the Software.

Governing Law

The laws of the Netherlands shall govern this license agreement. The text of the agreement in Dutch is leading.

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE DISTRIBUTED "AS IS" AND
WITHOUT WARRANTY WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
ALSO NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS
OFFERED.

Good data processing procedure dictates that:
any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it;
always make backups and use of thoroughly tested backup and recovery procedures before relying on it;
also use a thoroughly tested software implementation procedure before relying on it;
It is up to the user to do all this. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.

ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT
REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
